There was a hospital that had only one patient and the patient had died. The authorities asked this hopital to report its mortality.
“What is your mortality?”
“We have 1% mortality.”
“But you had only one patient which have died! You should have 100% mortality!”
“Yes, but we have operated him 100 times!”
